“I've only had it back for about a week, but so far it's great. I would rate 5 stars, but it took 2 months to get back. They do state 29+ business days if you don't pay for the express repair so it wasn't unexpected. Not many places out there providing this service so it's understandable that they are busy.”

“The process went exactly as they lay it out on their site. From them receiving it it took 23 business days for them to complete the repair. This is a long time to wait so you if you have a spare or can go this long without your remote it is worth it. The gulikit is amazing, insanely more responsive than the stock remote. “After having the sticks replaced by someone else and still having drift issues I sent my scuff instinct pro controller in for the tmr upgrade and since getting it back have had absolutely no luck getting it to drift so in my opinion absolutely worth the 27 day wait to get rid of the dreaded drift that comes with gaming controllers”

But considering it took like a month to get them I think I’m okay for 130 bucks not worth it for me. Hope other people have a better experience.”

“I’m satisfied and dissatisfied at the same time I got what I wanted with the micro movement but now my right stick modules are a bit to low so my sticks get caught when I fully extend them at first i was like let me break them in and see if it’s just me but nah I can clearly see the left one is slightly taller than the right it is unfortunate but it is what it is thank you for trying”

“Git new sticks installed, and the replaced one trigger that was sticking. Took about 6 weeks from the time I sent the package off to return. Sticks work great now as well as the trigger. Cost about the same as a new controller buy mine is a limited god of war ragnrok edition and ive already put a new battery in it so its nice to be able to use my favorite one still. Definitely worth the price.”

“Starting having stick drift issues with a PS Besavior controller. Controller was shipped in with no issues super easy and straightforward. New GuliKit TMRs were installed and shipped back. Tested out the controller on my PS5 with no issues. Went to use the controller on the laptop and was having issues pairing it to the laptop. Found out that the share button wasn't working after testing it on the PS5. Contact StickFix and they told me to ship it back with no questions asked. They fixed the issues in no time and was back up and running on both PS5 and laptop. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them for all controller needs.”

“Since I put the order the box for controller came in 2-3 days i am satisfied with repair only thing it was repair time which was about 20 days not including the shipping. The repair time is decried in their website so no complaints about the time. From my opinion they could do it faster but as of result i am satisfied and would recommend.”
