“Honestly repaired faster than I expected and the controller works perfectly”

“Starting having stick drift issues with a PS Besavior controller. Controller was shipped in with no issues super easy and straightforward. New GuliKit TMRs were installed and shipped back. Tested out the controller on my PS5 with no issues. Went to use the controller on the laptop and was having issues pairing it to the laptop. Found out that the share button wasn't working after testing it on the PS5. Contact StickFix and they told me to ship it back with no questions asked. They fixed the issues in no time and was back up and running on both PS5 and laptop. Definitely would recommend and I will be using them for all controller needs.”

“Ordering the service I wanted was super easy. Transport packaging arrived in about a week. In total, turnaround was around 6 weeks. Drift on my PS5 controller has been fixed and I opted for replacement thumb sticks. Excellent service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to use this service again. Thanks!”

“Since I put the order the box for controller came in 2-3 days i am satisfied with repair only thing it was repair time which was about 20 days not including the shipping. The repair time is decried in their website so no complaints about the time. From my opinion they could do it faster but as of result i am satisfied and would recommend.”

“Originally saw the company on Instagram and referred my nephew who was having problems with stick drift. He got his controller fixed and was happy. When I started to have the same stick drift issues, I didn't hesitate to use them to repair my controllers. “My third and last controller I've had StickFix fix. It was also the one with the worst drift. The repairs are excellent. The controller is responsive and works better than the Sony sticks ever did. I am pleased that I was able to minimize the amount of e-waste I created. This is also a true fix - buying another controller would have patched the issue only.”
