Q: What is the turnaround time for repairs/upgrades?

  • Standard turnaround time for repairs is approximately 21+ business days once we receive the device (not including weekends or holidays).

  • ‘Jump the Repair Queue’ turnaround time is approximately 3+ business days once we receive the device (not including weekends or holidays).

Q: What is the turnaround time for new controllers?

A:

  • New controllers are built to order. Standard build time for new controllers is approximately 21+ business days once we receive the order (not including weekends or holidays).

  • ‘Expedited’ build time is approximately 3+ business days once we receive the order (not including weekends or holidays).

Q: What’s the difference between Hall Effect and TMR joysticks?

A:

Both Hall Effect and TMR joysticks eliminate stick drift by using magnetic sensors instead of carbon potentiometers.

  • Hall Effect joysticks are more affordable and offer improved durability and drift resistance.

  • TMR joysticks offer a more premium feel, with responsiveness that’s closer to stock sticks, but come at a higher cost.

Q: Do you service Modified or Custom controllers?

Q: What if I am outside of the United States?

A: We currently do not accept international orders due to the high cost of international shipping, customs fees, and taxes.

Q: How does the “Easy Mail-In” service work?

A: Once you place your order, we'll send you a free Mail-In Kit which includes a box, prepaid shipping label, bubble wrap, tape, and instructions. All you have to do is pack your controller, attach the shipping label, and send it off hassle-free!

A: We currently do not install upgraded joysticks for Xbox Scuf or Xbox Elite controllers.
