General Repair for PlayStation Controller (PS5, PS4, Edge, Scuf)

A non-refundable diagnostic fee applies: $19.99 for standard PS5/PS4 controllers, and $29.99 for Scuf and DualSense Edge models. If repair is approved, this fee will be applied toward the total cost.

If you choose not to proceed with a repair, we’ll return your device as is. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable but covers shipping both ways.
